Broken Springs:

Unfortunately, broken torsion springs cannot be repaired, but need to be replaced. This should never be attempted on your own. The high tension on the spring is extremely dangerous and should only be handled by a professional.

If you have only one broken spring, consider replacing both. If one has failed, it is only a matter of time before the other one does as well.

Our springs come with a 10-year Warranty.

Operators:

Some operators can be repaired. In the long run it may be less expensive to replace the operator, which has a 5 year warranty. As always, we will give you options, and a fair price, to help you make the right choice and save you money.

Door seals:

Cracked or missing door seals may let in weather, water, and other “unwanted” things. We will gladly replace these seals for you. This is usually a quick and inexpensive service. Just give us a call.
